First of all make a dough of wheat flour now mash potato in a big bowl add chopped onion,red chilli powder,salt, ajwain and mixed it

Now take a non stick tava and heat.make a chapati spread ghee on it fill potato in it..

Now cover the roll make chapati again and put it on tava cook for both sides
- 4
Spread ghee and fry it..Now aalu parantha is ready to serve with curd
