Ingredients

  1. 21/2 cupsflr
  2. 3/4dessicated coconut
  3. 2 tspbaking powder
  4. 13/4 tspbaking soda
  5. 1/2 tspsalt
  6. 11/2 cupscastor sugar
  7. 1 cupcoconut milk/ milk
  8. 1/2 cupoil
  9. 2eggs
  10. 1 tspvanilla essence
  11. 1 cupfresh orange juice

Steps

  1. 1

    Assemble and Measure all your ingredients.

  2. 2

    Preheat oven to 180°c an grease baking pan

  3. 3

    Mix dry ingredients and wet separately.

  4. 4

    Add the dry to wet gradually till smooth.

  5. 5

    Pour into your tin and bake for 45-50 min or until its done.
