Ingredients

  • 21/2 cupsflr
  • 3/4dessicated coconut
  • 2 tspbaking powder
  • 13/4 tspbaking soda
  • 1/2 tspsalt
  • 11/2 cupscastor sugar
  • 1 cupcoconut milk/ milk
  • 1/2 cupoil
  • 2eggs
  • 1 tspvanilla essence
  • 1 cupfresh orange juice

Steps

  1. 1

    Assemble and Measure all your ingredients.

  2. 2

    Preheat oven to 180°c an grease baking pan

  3. 3

    Mix dry ingredients and wet separately.

  4. 4

    Add the dry to wet gradually till smooth.

  5. 5

    Pour into your tin and bake for 45-50 min or until its done.
