It's simple, quick fix.
Steps

Pour flour in a bowl, add sugar and lemon then mix well.

Add margarine to the mixture and mix with your hand

Add milk little by little as you knead the flour you can also add water (warm). Knead until you have a smooth soft dough.

Cover the dough with a towel and let it sit for 30minutes.

Divide the dough into 4 balls. Roll each and cut into small pieces of your choice. Deep fry until golden brown.
