Spinach(palak) with chana dal

Soak chana Dal for 2-3 hours.

Wash spinach and sova.chop onion, tomato, spinach,sova.

Heat oil in cooker. Add chopped onion.

Cook till pink in colour.

Put chopped spinach, sova & cook for two minutes.

Now add tomato,chana Dal, chopped green chillies,salt,red chilli powder,haldi powder,dhania powder & salt.

Cook little time. Now add sufficient water & cook till Dal is cooked.

Take ladle heat oil in that put chopped garlic cook till light brown.

Put in cooked spinach and mix.

Spinach is ready serve with plain rice pulao or chapati
