Ingredients

2-3 servings
  • 2 cupchopped Spinach
  • 1/4 cupgrated Cheese
  • 3Medium Size Boiled & mashed potatoes
  • 2 tspCumin
  • 2 tspAjwain
  • 2Green Chillies
  • 3 tspBesan (Gram Flour)
  • Salt as per Taste
  • as neededOil for frying

Steps

  1. 1

    Make a rough paste of Chilli,cumin and ajwain. Now mix it with potatoes, salt, spinach, cheese and gram flour.

    After mixing all ingredients we'll make rolls out of it.

    Heat oil in a pan and now deep fry rolls in it on low flame, till it becomes golden brown.

    Remove rolls from oil.
    Spinach Cheese Rolls are ready to serve. You can serve with tomato sauce.
