Soak the poha in light warm water for 2minutes than put it strainer and wash with clean water.keep it in strainer for 10mitutas.

Poha will be soft then add finely chopped garlic ginger onion chopped onion green chilli. Add salt black pepper chaat masala red chilli powder and curry leaves.mix well.

Add raisins and roasted peanuts and mix them.

Mix all ingredients and make a dough

Make cutlets from the dough

Place the arrowroot in a plate and wrap the cutlets in the arrowroot

Heat oil in some places when heated, add cutlets in a hot oil and fry them on medium flame.

Fyr till become golden

When it is golden, get out of the plate and serve with sauce or chutney. I served it with spicy garlic tomato sauce.
