1 bunchSpinach
8-10chopped garlic
2green and red Chilli
to taste salt
1 tspcumin seeds
1 pinchhing
Oil as required

Wash the spinach& cut piaces.Dry it with the help of a kitchen towel.Deep fry the spinach.Fried spinach is ready.

Heat a pan add 1tbsp oil,add cuminseeds,a pinch of hing&Chopped garlic clove.Crackle 1 mints.A dd fried spinach,salt&chilli,mix it well.Crispy Spinach is ready to serve.
