Ingredients

  • 1 cuprice flour
  • 1 cupbesan
  • 1big potato grated
  • 1/2tomato finely chopped
  • 1grated carrot
  • 1onion finely chopped
  • Salt and red chilli powder as per taste
  • 1 tspChat masala
  • To tasteGreen chilli

Steps

  1. 1

    In a big bowl add both the flours. Add water and make a batter.

  2. 2

    Add all the ingredients and mix well.

  3. 3

    On a frying pan take a spoon of oil and spred the batter evenly and cover it and cook for mins.

  4. 4

    Then flip and cook from otherside. Serve with chutney or ketchup. Good for childrens tiffin.
