Ingredients: 1/2 kg beef; 2 carrots diced; 1 large onion; 1 green bell pepper diced; 2 tomatoes diced; 1 egg plant diced; Fresh Rosemary; 1/2 tsp dry herbs(oregano,basil and thyme); 1/4 tsp black pepper; 1/2 tsp ginger; 3 cloves garlic; 1 tsp tumeric; 1 tsp paprika; 1 tbsp salt; 1 red chilli; 1 tbsp tomato paste; 1 1/2 cup water(adjust if want some more soup); Oil (mine had fat I skipped the oil)

1/2 kgbeef
2carrots diced

Prepare and assemble all your ingredients in a working area

In a skillet or sauce pan put all your ingredients then add water.

Place the sauce pan in the fire and cook on medium low heat for 1 hr. If the beef is lean cooking time will be around 30mis
