Ragi /Nachni is a very healthy millet especially for people suffering from diabetes . If it is included in our daily diet it will keep the sugar level balanced . With this easy recipe you can prepare hotel style thin and crispy ragi dosas at home itself.

In a wide mixing bowl, add ragi flour, rice flour and enough water to make a lump free batter. Batter should be thinner than dosa batter.

Add the green chilies, coriander, salt and mix well.

Heat a tawa, and pour the batter from outside to inside like how we do for rava dosa. Drizzle oil and cook well until crisp.

Carefully flip over to the other side and cook for 30 -40 sec

Slowly fold the dosa and serve with chutney or Sambhar.
