Cut the edges of bread slices.

Put crumbled paneer,onion,capsicum,black pepper,salt,oregano and mayonnaise in a mixing bowl.

Mix it well.spread on bread slice.

Cover with other bread slice.

Put sandwich in a grill pan add butter and grill from both sides.

Serve with sauce.
