This is a recipe from my mother in law. The family loves it! It's great in the summer. I think it would also be good with blueberry pie filling.

This recipe combines bananas, leftover coffee, and cocoa powder for a chocolate- rich, delicious frozen dessert. And it's naturally sweet, with no added sugars, so it's a healthy choice, too.

This is a variation on an old recipe I first made 36 years ago. It's a great recipe for the upcoming hot summer months. You can still find the original recipe floating around called "fruit cocktail pie" or "Lemon freeze dessert".

I often make chocolate bavarois, but I thought topping with chocolate syrup and cornflakes would be a fun and enjoyable texture, so I created this recipe! Since I didn't want to the chocolate syrup to be heavy, I put cream bavarois between the two chocolate layers. It looks nice and cool even from the appearance.Please remove from the bowl during Step 3 when the mixture starts to become thick! Please be careful not to thicken it too much. Recipe by bvivid
