In a bowl, add hung curd, salt, lemon juice, turmeric powder, coriander powder, jeera powder, chilli powder, chaat masala and mix well. Now add cube shaped paneer, oion, green capsicum, yellow capsicum. Mix well and keep for 15 minutes.

Now pre heat the microwave in convection mode at 200 degree centrigrade. Grease the grilling pan with oil. Begin to thread the chunks of capsicum, onion, paneer on the skewer. Keep them on the grilling pan and put them in convection mode for 10 minutes.

After 10 minutes, take them out, apply some oil using brush by turning both sides. Keep in grill mode for 5 minutes. Paneer tikka is ready.

Serve with coriander chutney or tomato sauce.
