    Alo bhukaro ki tandia toor kar achi tarah se wash kar lay.

    Ak pan lay kar us ma cut kia huwa alo bhukary ghutliyo kay sath daal kar sath hi ak glass pani, gur, namak or Lal mirchy daal kar paknay kay liye rakh daay.

    Jab alo bhukary gaal jaya or pani kushk hu kar thick sa bitter ban jaya tu flame off kar daay.
