Wash mutton well add ginger garlic paste, soaked chana daal, all the spices whole and powdered. Pressure cook 15-18 minutes.

Open pressure if any water left dry roasting well. Grind to a paste dry. Cut boiled egg into quarters, take some mutton grind paste on the palm keep one egg quarter, start closing into oval shapes

Close like this all egg pieces into oval shapes,dip in egg batter and coat with bread crumbs Heat oil shallow fry them.

Now some shaami paste left make a kebab of this give egg wash cover and apply bread crumbs and shallow fry. Your shaami kebab and nargisi kebabs done. Enjoy with chings chilli sauce.
