Steps

Grate all the coconuts.

Take a thick bottomed pan add sugar and grated coconut.

After every 5 minutes stir it.

When sugar melts totally add milk, condensed milk and cardamom powder. Mix it well.

When it gets thicker and sticky turn off the flame.

Let it cool down. With your hands make laddu.

Refrigerate it so that it hardens a bit.
