  • 50 gmpoha
  • 150curd
  • 1 tbspsugar
  • 1egg
  • 1finely chopped carrot
  • 1/2chopped capsicum
  • 1finely chopped onion
  • 3finely chopped green chilli
  • Some chopped coriander leaves
  • 2 tbspoil
  • Salt

  1. 1

    First, put poha in the bowl and pour water in that.

    Blend the poha and the curd properly.

  3. 3

    Then put carrot, capsicum, onion, green. Chilli, coriander leaves, egg, salt and sugar in that and stir well.

    In a frying put little bit of oil and make it hot. Then put little bit of that mix in the pan and keep that for 2min. Fry both side of the cake. Repeat this for every cake. Finally pan cake is ready to serve.
