Ingredients

  1. Cabbage
  2. Okora
  3. Assorted fish
  4. Snail
  5. Red oil, pepper,onoin and seasonings

Cooking Instructions

    Blend the cabbage and drain the water then you make it with Husk to harden like swallow

  2. 2

    Cook the sail after thoroughly washed. Season with salt, pepper, onions and knor till tender.

    Cut the okora and uziza leaf.

  4. 4

    Add red oil in the pot and cook for 5minutes with your snail, fish then add your okora and uziza leaf cook for 6 minutes. Dish with cabbage swallow
