Cut onion in small shape n take a pan put oil n onion n let them cook till onion becomes light pink n add zeera n adrak lehsan

Wash your Chicken n whn onion turns pink pour Chicken in onion n cook properly (bhunaa huga) n all spices

Add tomatoes it Chicken n let cook then add yogurt cover n cook till yogurt mix hujaie then add potatoes in salan n cook n let them cooks till salan z ready

In the other hand.take rice n wash them properly. Take in other pot n fill with 10 to 12 glass of water with salt 4 table spoon n zeera 2 tb spoon n few green chilies. Whn water z hot pour rice n boil them n drain it.

Take vegetable for garnishing.now take boil rice n gravy..now take thick layer of rice n then gravy n again layer of rice n then cover with dhaniayan,tomato ;green chilli n lemon. Add food colour n rooh kewra(2 to 3 t spoon)

Serve your biryani with raita n raw mango chutney
