Sprinke cornflour on potato strips and fry in hot oil till soft inside and crisp outside.

Heat oil in a karahi.add ginger garlic paste, saute for 1minute.add chopped onions, carrots and capsicum. Add tomato puree and saute well on high flame.

Add all the spices, ketchup, red and green chilli sauce, vinegar, soya sauce. Mix well.add 1/4cup water.add honey and mix well and cook.

Now add fried potatoes strips and toss gently. Add half of sesame seeds and mix.

Put in a serving dish and drizzle honey on it.sprinkle sesame seeds and serve immediately.garnish with coriander leaves chopped.
