Moong dal Punga(bharta)

Take 2 sal leaves fold it like a cone stitch it with the help of a bamboo stick.Mash the roasted moong dal (use green or black moongdal)add inside the sal cone again stitch it &boiled the cone.Not to over cook.

Transfer a plate add chopped.onion,greenchilli,salt & mustard oil mix it & serve with rice or roti or paratha as a side dish.
