Ingredients

  1. 1 cupcashewnuts
  2. 1 cupsugar
  3. 3/4 cupwater
  4. 1 tspghee

Cooking Instructions

    Grind cashews to fine powder

  2. 2

    Heat water, add sugar.

  3. 3

    When sugar melts add Cashew powder and ghee.

  4. 4

    Mix well and keep stirring till it gets thick and leaves the kadhai.

  5. 5

    Remove on a greased plastic sheet and start kneading the dough.

  6. 6

    Knead it while it's hot. This helps to make the kaju katli soft.

  7. 7

    Roll it thin and cut it in desired shape and serve.
