Wash and peel the beans.

Blend beans with peppers and onions add a little water, to form a thick paste.

Transfer the blended beans mixture into a mortar, use the pistol to mix the beans in one direction for 7-10 minutes, add seasoning powder and salt to taste, keep turning.

In a wok, add palm oil and vegetable oil and heat for 2 minutes, then fry the beans mixture using a ladle spoon to scoop. Fry and turning the other side to fry. Enjoy with hot millet pap.
