Sweet n sour fish

Marinate fish first with salt,soya sauce,white papper, garlic paste,veniger and egg and keep it in fridge for 15 min.

Batter: for batter take a bowl add,corn flour,maida, salt, white papper, soya sauce, mix all well. Dip fish in batter and deep fry,keep aside.

For Sauce:- take a pan add chicken stock, chilli sauce, ketchup,brown sugar,chinese salt, veniger, white pepper, black pepper. Mix well. Now put 2tb oil in pan and add 1ts chop garlic. Saute and add sauce mixture. Cook for mins. Disolve 2tb corn flour in water and add in sauce mixture.cook till it thicken.

In last add fried fish n vegetable. Mix well cook for 5 min n serve hot with n the topp of roasted sesame seeds and with fried rice..
