Steps

Soak rice for 2-3 hours and grind coarsely with 2tbsp water.

Boil milk and add rice, cook on low flame.

Add sugar after rice is cooked, mix well and cook till it thickens.

Add rose essence and rose syrup and mix well.

See the consistency, it should be thick now switch off the flame.
- 6
Serve chilled with nuts garnished.
