Wash the tomatoes nicely and cut them into pieces, not small

Now in a pressure cooker put together chopped tomatoes, water and salt, cook for only one whistle

When they become cool then blend them in a mixer grinder and strain the mixture, so that the seeds and peel are removed

Now put this in a vessel and cook till one boil comes, then add cream and cook for 2 more minutes, the shorba is ready

Take out in a serving dish, garnish with grated cheese and chopped coriander leaves

Seven cups were made with this quantity
