Soft and fluffy frm the inside and crispy on the outside. Perfect for this weather with a hot cup of tea..

Measure out ingredients. In the flour add sugar and yeast.

Mix melted butter, eggs, vanilla n cardamon. Add to the flour and mix to form crumbs.

Knead the dough with milk n water. The dough should be slightly soft. The more u knead the softer the mandazis will turn out.

After kneading roll and cut out mandazis immediately. Cover with a cloth and let poof for about 30mins. Dont roll too thin just about 1/2cm thickness.

Fry on medium heat till fluffs up and browns on both sides. When frying keep turning to get even colour on both sides.
