#favcuisine Nimki(what we call it in odia) i dnt know what people call it in different language across india.I make them very often.as It is easy and you can keep it for days.and every one in my family loves having this with tea.
This is one of my favourite tea time snack since childhood.it takes little time to make it but this is the best snack which u can easily make at home and store for days in Jars.Lets see in the below for more details of the required ingredients.
As i said it's my favcuisine and perfectly fit for the giveaway.

Steps

Initially make the dough with maida(all purpose flour) add water,ajwain,salt.Dnt make dough like we make for roti.Make a tight dough.Apply little oil on top of the dough and keep it for 30mints without covering it.

After start rolling it and make it intially like roti but roll it very very thin.

Fold it like triangle and dont press it while folding it.

Then Add oil to the kadai or pan and on medium flame deep fry it.

Fry it till it's golden brown both the sides. Enjoy it with Tea.
