Ingredients

  • 30 mlmustard powder
  • 3eggs
  • 100 mlwhite vinegar
  • 50 mlwater
  • 1 tincondensed milk (385g)

Steps

  1. 1

    Whisk eggs with electric or hand whisk

    While whisking slowly add vinegar

    Add mustard powder and whisk

    Add condensed milk and water while whisking

    Seal mustard in air tight container for minimum one hour to allow to thicken up
