Parboil your rice

Mix all ingredients in pot of water except rice and put to boil

When mixture starts boiling add your rice stir to mix and do not stir till done

When water begins drying out of rice check for doneness and add water if necessary

When you see the water and rice on the same level, that is drying out and doneness is OK use a spatula to push the rice from the sides of the pot to allow water run down to the pot so it can dry off

Optional you can add fat

Allow to burn a little and serve and garnish with either boiled beans, salad or garnish of choice
