Soak urad daal/lentils in water at least for 5-6 hours.

Then grind well the soaked urad daal make a mixture and add the dry fruits.

Now take the idli cooker and paste some butter inside the idli stand and fill it with the batter and give shape according to your wish.

Cover up the cooker and let it steam for 15-20 minutes.

Now make sure the vadas are not stocking with the help of a toothpick or knife.

Take the yogurt and add some sugar and mix it well and serve the vadas with the yogurt and add jeera powder according to your taste and garnish it with coriander leaves and bikaneri bhujia and pomegranate.
