Steps

Mix flour, baking powder and salt in a bowl.

Create a well, and pour in olive oil.

Add 100 ml of the water and mix the dough with a spatula or wooden spoon. Mix the dough, adding rest of water slowly until a soft dough forms (it shouldn't be tacky or sticky)

Divide into three even portions for a mini pizza, or use as it is for a large pizza. And press dough down directly onto lined baking tray.

Dock the surface with fork and bake in preheated oven of 200C for 5 minutes. Remove, add sauce base and desired toppings and bake for further 5-6 minutes. (thickness will affect this time, this is an estimate for a thin base).
