This is the easiest way of making Szchewan vegetable Hakka noodles. I have prepared it with the minimum choice of vegetables available at my kitchen to keep it simple as well as delicious.

This is the easiest way of making Szchewan vegetable Hakka noodles. I have prepared it with the minimum choice of vegetables available at my kitchen to keep it simple as well as delicious.

Boil the noodles by adding some salt and 1 teaspoon of oil in the water. Remove it from water when the noodles is half boiled and rinse it in cold water.

In a wok, heat some oil and add all the veggies. You may add any more veggies of your choice. Add some salt and mix them well

Fry them in high flame and cover it in between.

When the veggies are cooked well, add the soya sauce, tomato ketchup and szchewan chutney. Mix them well.

Add the noodles and fry them altogether.

Add some salt if required and mix them well.

Fry them in high flame and remove it from the flame. Serve hot.
