Chop the spinach and onion

Put the spinach and onion in a pot switch on the stove on semi hot/high heat

Switch on the stove add a splash of water, spinach, onion enough Aromat and the 4tbsp of butter then close the lid of pot and leave to steam

Open after 5min add the mushrooms and stir till onion and mushrooms are cooked, reduce the heat add the cream and stir till thick

On the side in an empty dish mix the cream of mushroom with ⅓ of water and pour into the pot and stir

Yaaass now you have your creamy spinach 😁 Enjoy!!
