Perboild ur Rice Rainse and set aside.

Pill back of ur Ginger Rainse then blend together with scotch bonnet and garlic then set aside pound nut meg set aside too.

Cut ur veggies and slice the onions set aside.

Put pot to fire add oil then add ur already blended scothc and others stir fry for a minute add curry, nut meg, seasoning and little salt to taste stir very well then add water cover to boil after some mins add ur Rice leave to cook for five minutes add ur veggies and onion stir and cover pot leave to cook in a low heat, done and serve.
