Kachagolla is a Bengali dessert that one cannot resist. It is extremely light and easy to make. In this recipe, traditional way of cooking has been tweaked by adding Jamuns to it.

Crumble the paneer in a bowl and knead it for 8-10 minutes until it gets a smooth texture.

In a non-stick pan add the kneaded paneer with sugar and Jamun crush.Keep the pan on a low heat. Stir continuously for 2-4 minutes. Remove the pan when sugar starts releasing moisture.
Do not overheat, otherwise it will become hard.

Let the mixture cool down. Make small round balls and garnish with a cherry on the top.

Keep the kachagollas in fridge for 2-3 hrs before serving.
