In a bowl combine flour,salt, butter and form a dough..let it rest for at least 30mins..then divide the dough into 5 balls...use your finger to flattened the dough,then add left over beef feeling and pinch the edges then form a ball

Then use a rolling pin and roll it gently...on a medium low heat place a non stick pan add oil and cook the chappatis on both side untill slightly golden brown

Yum yum yum enjoy with black tea or chilled water
