Heat oil in a pan. Add zeera and cinnamon sticks and let them crackle. Now add the sliced onion and saute for a few minutes. Add kaju and ginger garlic paste. Cook till onions are soft.

Next add the sliced tomatoes. Cook for a few minutes. Add salt, haldi, dhania powder and red chilli powder. Cook till the raw smell of masalas go away. Cool down and grind to a smooth paste.

Mean while in a pan melt some butter. Add julliene ms of inger and green chillies. Saute for a few seconds. Now add the paneer cubes and fry them from all sides till slight golden.

In another vessel take some oil and add the ground masala paste. Roast for a few minutes. Add kasuri methi and mix well. Add the fried paneer and cook for a few minutes. Adjust the consistency by adding little water.

Lastly add the cream and mix well. Serve hot with parathas.
