Ingredients

  1. 1 kglemon
  2. as requiredSalt
  3. 1 tspHing
  4. as requiredLemon juice
  5. formasala -
  6. 1 tbsproasted jeera powder
  7. 1/2 tbspred chilli powder
  8. 1 tbspgaram masala
  9. 5-6laung/cloves
  10. 2big cardamom crushed
  11. 1/2 cupsugar
  12. 2-3whole chillies

Cooking Instructions

    Take lemons, wash and soak in hot water for 2 days. Keep changing water daily.

    3rd day wipe these nimbus and cut them. Add hing and salt and juice of few limes.

    Cover with cloth and keep it in sunlight for few day and open everyday and mix with laddle.

  4. 4

    Now add the masalas, keep in sunlight for few more days, mix everyday.

  5. 5

    Transfer in a glass jar and keep it in a sunlight for few more days.

  6. 6
