Rinse the raw mango well. Wipe with clean cotton napkin. There should not be any moisture on the raw mango.

Cut the raw mangoes into half and remove the seed. Then chopped finely in the food processor.

Mix the finely chopped raw mangoes and sugar well. Transfer the mixture in stainless steel vessel with rim. Wrap the vessel with cheesecloth and tie it with thick thread.

Keep the vessel in sunlight for a week or until the sugar melts. Once stirring it well every day.

Once the sun sets, keep the vessel inside.

Stir well and place the vessel again in the sunlight next morning. Continue this process till the sugar melt completely.

Now add red chilli powder, cumin seed powder and salt. Mix well. Transfer it to the clean glass jar. Aam ka meetha achar is ready to eat.
