Ingredients

  1. 20Lemons
  2. 50 gramsGreen chilli's
  3. 20 gramsGinger
  4. 50 gramsFenugreek seeds
  5. 3 tspSalt
  6. 1 tspAsafetida
  7. 1 tspSugar
  8. 1 tspOrganic Termeric

Cooking Instructions

    Wash lemons, chilli's and let them COMPLETLY DRY IN SHADE. Cut lemons, chilli's and ginger.

    Dry roast fenugreek seeds and powder it in mixer jar. Keep other ingredients ready.

  3. 3

    Take sliced/pieced lemon, chilli's, ginger in a bowl, mix well. Add sugar, salt, turmeric, asafetida and fenugreek powder -mix well. Let it marinate for a week.Every day stir the pickle once. Lemon pickle is ready.
