Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cupall-purpose flour
  • 11/2 cupself raising flour
  • 1 1/2 tbsyeast
  • 1 tbssalt
  • 2 tbssugar
  • 2 tbsmargarine
  • Warm water as required
  • 1white onion
  • 2 clovesgarlic
  • 4tomatoes blended
  • PiecesColoured capsicum
  • 200 gminced meat
  • Mozzarella cheese grated

Steps

  1. 1

    In a bowl put all-purpose flour, self raising flour, sugar, yeast, margarine and salt combine using hands. Add water in bits as you knead. Knead for 10 minutes and put aside in a warm place for 45 minutes

    Pre cook the minced meat and set aside

    In a sauce pan add oil and onion cook add garlic let them cook add the blended tomatoes and let them simmer for about 10 minutes

    Cut the capciums into desired shapes.

    When the dough is ready punch it down. Roll into desired shapes and put on a greased pan. Using a fork make holes in the dough (I forgot the right name) to start layering the pizza

    Now put the pizzaolla sauce next top with minced meat

    Now add the coloured capsicums

    Top it up with grated cheese in a pre heated oven bake at 180 for 25 minutes
