Cooking Instructions

Grease the aluminium foil or butter paper with butter.

Arrange different types of cutters on the greased butter paper.

Now arrange different colours of gems inside the cutter. Some gems without the cutter in any shapes can be arranged.

Now the most important part of the recipe is to make caramelized sugar. Heat the pan. Add the sugar and black pepper.

Start stirring on low flame continuously. Make sure it doesnt get burnt.

Soon the sugar will start melting and will change it's colour. Switch off the gas and be quick in your further action.

Pour the caramelised sugar quickly over the arranged gems.

Wait for 5 minutes and start removing the cutter carefully.

You get wonderful gems bites.

Arrange them and serve. I arranged them in a Christmas theme.
