Ingredients

  • 3 lbschicken thighs
  • 1 cupwater
  • 1/2 cupsugar
  • 1/3soy sauce
  • 2 tbsppeanut butter
  • 1 tbsphoney
  • 1 tbspgarlic
  • 2 tspred wine vinegar

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees

  2. 2

    Salt chicken lightly in a bowl. Set aside.

  3. 3

    Mix all ingredients except the chicken in a short pan. Simmer on medium heat until reduced. About 20-30 minutes

  4. 4

    Pour over chicken and bake for 1 hour
