  • 1 lbchicken breasts
  • 2 tbspsteak seasoning (I used Montreal)
  • 1/4 cupbrown sugar
  • 2 clovegarlic, minced
  • 1 tbspbutter
  • 1 tbspolive oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Pound chicken to 1/4" thickness

  2. 2

    Combine brown sugar, steak seasoning, and garlic. Mix well. Press into both sides of chicken.

  3. 3

    Heat butter and oil in skillet over medium heat. Cook chicken breasts until done, about 3-4 minutes a side.
