1 serving

1/2avocado mashed
4 tbspspickled grated beetroot
To tastesalt
To tastefreshly ground black pepper
To tastepaprika
2 slicesbread, toasted

In a bowl add the mashed avocado and season with salt and black pepper, mix well.

Spread the avocado mixture onto the toasted bread slices. Top it with grated beetroot. Sprinkle paprika on it and serve.
