1 serving
  • 1/2avocado mashed
  • 4 tbspspickled grated beetroot
  • To tastesalt
  • To tastefreshly ground black pepper
  • To tastepaprika
  • 2 slicesbread, toasted

Steps

    In a bowl add the mashed avocado and season with salt and black pepper, mix well.

  2. 2

    Spread the avocado mixture onto the toasted bread slices. Top it with grated beetroot. Sprinkle paprika on it and serve.
