First of all in a saucepan add 250 grams mango pulp along with this add 4 tbsp sugar and 2 tsp gelatin powder and cook.

When the sugar is dissolved properly, take it aside from the flame.

Now in a blender add 1 cup milk, 1 tin condensed milk and ½ tsp mango essence along with 250 grams cooked mango pulp and blend it for 1 minutes.

In the end store the mixture into air tight box or Moulds for 4 hours in deep freezer.
Yummy Mango Ice-cream is ready to serve.
