Take a wok heat ghee on medium heat. Add chana Sattu roasted on low flame. Saute nicely. Stir continuously until becomes aromatic flavor. Turn off the gas.

Keep aside the roasted Sattu dough for cooling on room temperature. Add coarse sugar, cardamom powder and almonds. Mix well with spatula or hands. Put a small ball on palm and make shape of ladoo. Apply same process to make all Laddoo. Now delicious SATTU LADOO is ready to serve.
